Big Bay Area Tech Tenants Use Leverage To Dictate Leasing Terms, Office Design

Red Triangle, Between the Golden Gate Bridge and Stinson Beach

Recently, I was contacted by Bisnow to share my insights on trends related to the San Francisco Real Estate Market.

Knowing how competitive and saturated the market is today, the initial lead-in speaks to large companies, in a traditional sense, in terms of being attractive to landlords. But what we find compelling is that these companies need to also be attractive to potential talent, and have the culture to retain that talent. From build-outs to pet allowances and beyond, here are a few of the trends I am seeing in the marketplace, shared with you. Read on here.

If it would be helpful to you to have PDF copies of all of our reports, simply reach out and say hello. Thanks!

Please reach out for a conversation if I can be helpful to you in any way. Thanks!
